For US customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For UK and EU customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in the UK or EU will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
SECTION 19 - TERRITORY-SPECIFIC TERMS FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS
For customers in the UK and European Union, sales and fulfilment are managed by Atlantic Access Ltd (Company No. [9873297], Registered Office: [32 Hill Top, London, NW11 6EE, UK]), who acts as the seller-of-record. All duties, VAT, and import compliance are handled by Atlantic Access. Products sold to UK and EU customers are compliant with local consumer laws. Where applicable, a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) or equivalent EU laws applies.
